1. Perishable Nature of Flowers

• Flowers are perishable products and cannot be returned once delivered.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

• If the flowers you receive are damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• To process your complaint, we may request a photo of the product as proof.

• Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).

  • Product delivered in poor or damaged condition.

  • Order canceled by us due to unavailability.
