Flowers are perishable products and cannot be returned once delivered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
If the flowers you receive are damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your complaint, we may request a photo of the product as proof.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Product delivered in poor or damaged condition.
Order canceled by us due to unavailability.
Refunds are not applicable if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address or refuses to accept the order.
